Fish market and restaurant offering personal service and knowledgeable staff – just as it should be in a Market Hall. In the shop, you'll find seasonal delicacies from lakes and seas, fresh fish and shellfish, the finest pickled herring, and ready-made dishes to take home. The restaurant serves what is quite possibly Lund’s best-value and most carefully prepared lunch. Keep an eye out for Malmstens’ famous oyster feasts.

When Renato and Leopoldo opened their business in 1985, their freshly made pasta – rolled by hand every day – was still something of an exotic novelty in the city. Since then, Alfredo has been a popular lunch destination, known for its classic pasta dishes and tempting pizza slices.nnToday, new energy has joined the team in the form of Diego and Massimo, who, together with Renato, offer a carefully selected range of Italian delicacies, cured meats, cheeses, sweets, and authentic gelato. The Texas Longhorn story began with Philip, our founder, who moved from San Antonio, Texas, to Sweden. After some time, he found himself missing home – a lot. He longed for the smell of barbecue smoke, flavourful slow-cooked dishes, and a place where people could gather to relax, laugh, and enjoy great Texas barbecue. Inspired by his family recipes, he opened his first restaurant on St. Paulsgatan in Stockholm in 1994 – a place that reminded him of everything he had left behind. A place where he, and anyone else longing for Texas, could feel at home.nnToday, we have grown to more than 35 restaurants, and Philip can honestly say that he has almost cured his homesickness.
